For Coaches & Agency Owners Doing $50K - $500K/mo

You're a Great CEO. But You're an Exhausted COO.

You know what needs to happen. The problem is you're still the one making it happen, while also leading the business, managing the team, and closing clients. That's a COO problem.

I can step into your business as your fractional COO. Part of the team, inside the operations, managing the people and the system, so you can stop being the person who holds everything together and start being the person who leads the company.

You're Not Struggling Because You're Bad at Business.

You're struggling because you're doing two jobs.

You're the CEO with the vision and the COO who has to make it executable. Most founders at $50K–$500K/month are holding both roles simultaneously and that's exactly where scaling starts to stall.

You've probably tried to fix it. A hire who was supposed to "own ops." A consultant who left you a deck. None of it stuck, because what you needed was someone embedded, not someone advising from the outside.

Your team is capable. They just don't have anyone managing them.

Good people without operational leadership default to asking you everything. Your calendar fills up. They stay stuck.

You're the answer to too many questions.

Stop being the bottleneck. That doesn't happen by working smarter. It happens when someone else is actually in the COO seat.

You know what needs to change. You don't have time to change it.

The systems audit, the SOP nobody's written, the hire you've been putting off, all pending, because you're always in reactive mode.

Every quarter you set goals. OpS gets in the way of hitting them.

Not because the goals are wrong. Because the infrastructure underneath them isn't strong enough.

I've Been a Fractional COO for Nearly a Decade.

I'm Cristina Samoilă — fractional COO and systems architect for coaches and agency owners. I spent 9+ years embedded inside fast-growing businesses, building the operational infrastructure founders were too busy to build themselves.

I know where it breaks. And I know how to fix it without blowing up what's already working.

What a Fractional COO Is (and What It Isn't)

Not a consultant.

Consultants hand you a roadmap and leave. What you do with it is your problem.

Not an OBM or project manager.

OBMs execute tasks. A COO owns the operational layer and manages the people executing it.

Not a course or template pack.

Nothing you have to build and implement yourself.

A fractional COO is an executive-level operator embedded in your business part-time, accountable for operations the same way a full-time COO would be, without the full-time cost.

What We Work On Together

Every engagement is scoped to your specific business, team, and priorities. Here's what we're working on month to month.

Weekly Strategy & Ops Calls

One call a week. We review what's moving, what's stuck, and what needs a decision. You leave with clarity and zero action items on your list. I take the list.

Team Management & Oversight

I sit between you and your team so you're not the answer to every question. Team leads report to me. Problems escalate to me. Your calendar stays yours. One agency client went from personally managing every client interaction to being barely needed in day-to-day delivery in under 90 days.

Systems Audit & Ongoing Fixes

Every business has money draining through invisible cracks. We find them and fix them. Not once, but ongoing, because operations never stop changing. One coaching client had 70% of his fulfillment automated within the first 30 days. He used the time to think strategically instead of reactively, and ended the year at $2.5M.

Hiring, SOPs & Org Structure

Every new hire needs infrastructure behind them, or you're just adding chaos at a higher payroll cost. We build the job descriptions, the onboarding process, and the documented SOPs, before the person starts. One client scaled from zero team members to eight in eight months without losing delivery quality, because the systems were built before the headcount was.

Three Steps to Getting started

1.

Book a Call

We get on a call and figure out if it's a fit. You talk about the business, I ask questions. No prep needed, no commitment required.

2.

Map It Out

If we're moving forward, we go deeper. Where you are, where you're going, what the gaps are. This is where we scope the engagement.

3.

We Go In

I get embedded, meet your team, and start taking the operational layer off your plate. Month to month. No long-term lock-in required.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Let's Be Honest About Fit

THIS IS NOT A FIT IF...

  • You're pre-revenue or don't yet have consistent clients
  • You're a solo operator with no team (there's nothing to manage yet)
  • You need someone full-time — fractional means part-time
  • You want task execution, not operational leadership (that's a VA or OBM, not a COO)
  • Your business is outside the industries I work with: coaches, consultants, course creators and agencies

THIS IS A FIT IF...

  • You're a coach or agency owner doing $50K–$500K/month
  • You have a team (even a small one) that needs actual management, not just task assignment
  • You've been the operational decision-maker by default and you're done with it
  • You want an operator who gets embedded, not an advisor who stays arm's length
  • You want to do the work only you can do — and nothing else

TYPICAL RANGE

$5,000 – $10,000/mo

Scoped to your business size, team complexity, and depth of involvement. We set the exact number on your alignment call.

The real question isn't whether you can afford a fractional COO. It's what it's costing you per month to stay in the COO seat yourself.

When I came to Cristina, I was doing $110K a month and completely drowning in it. By the end of year one, Bulletproof Entrepreneur had crossed $2.5M in revenue. The systems didn't just save me time — they gave me permission to think bigger.

John Whiting Business Coach

I used to dread onboarding new clients even when I wanted the business. Now it just... happens. I don't even think about it.

Jordan Agency Owner

Cristina saved my team and I over 73 hours a week. She helped us save $3,400/month in costs, increased our Average Lifetime Value by 57%, and brought in an additional $200,000 in revenue in one year alone. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a fractional COO and a consultant?

A consultant hands you a plan and leaves. A fractional COO is embedded, working with your team, managing operations, accountable to outcomes. The output is different. The involvement is different. The relationship is different.

How is this different from a one-time project?

A project has a defined scope and a finish line. We build a specific thing, hand it over, done. Fractional COO is ongoing. I stay inside the business, manage the team, and keep the operational layer running as the business grows and changes. If you know exactly what you need built, a project might be the right fit. If you need someone in the COO seat long-term, this is.

How much time does this require from me?

One weekly call, 60–90 minutes. Beyond that, I work with your team directly. The point is to take things off your plate, not add to them.

What if I want to end the engagement?

Month to month means month to month. No 6 or 12-month contract. If it runs its course or isn't working, you end it. I'd rather you tell me than stay in something that isn't serving you.

Do you work inside my tools or your own?

Yours. Your project management, your CRM, your communication tools. We make better use of what you already have. If there are gaps or a better tool for the job, I'll recommend it, but the default is always to work with what's already in place, not add another layer.

Is this available outside the US?

Yes. BeeProductive works with clients across the US, UK, EU, and internationally. The tools we build on (GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Miro) are globally available. All sessions and communication are conducted in English and can be scheduled across time zones.

Next Step

Ready to Get Out of the COO Seat?

I work with a maximum of 3 fractional COO clients at a time. Sometimes fewer, depending on the scope of each engagement. If you're done being the operational backbone of your own business, the first step is a short call. No commitment required.
