These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all websites operated by BeeProductive under SC BeeProductive Operations SRL — including beeproductive.eu (and all subdomains), stingoperationsystem.com, and contentrepurposingsystem.com — and any services, products, or programs offered through them ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing any of these websites or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

BeeProductive is a business operations and systems consultancy operated under SC BeeProductive Operations SRL, registered at Aleea Barajul Sadului 7 bl M4 sc A et 9 ap 40, Bucharest, Romania, 032742. We provide fractional COO services, consulting, digital products, and systems architecture for online businesses. Our services and products are accessible through beeproductive.eu (and all subdomains), stingoperationsystem.com, and contentrepurposingsystem.com.

2. Use of Our Website and Services

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree NOT to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any proprietary methods or materials
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information on any form
• Use our services for illegal purposes or to harm others

3. Products, Programs, and Services

BeeProductive offers digital products, consulting services, done-for-you systems packages, and program memberships. All offerings are described on our website and in individual sales pages.

All digital products are delivered electronically. Physical delivery does not apply unless explicitly stated. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount. Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region at the time of purchase (USD, EUR, GBP, or RON). Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated.

For installment plans or subscriptions: you authorize recurring charges at the agreed frequency. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

5. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products and services are final. Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of our products, no refunds are issued once a product has been accessed or delivered.

For EU/EEA customers: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. This waiver is confirmed at checkout.

For consulting and done-for-you services: refund eligibility and terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a digital product, contact us within 5 business days at support@beeproductive.eu.

6. Cancellation Policy for Ongoing Services

For retainer, fractional COO, or subscription-based consulting services:

• Either party may cancel with written notice of at least 30 calendar days prior to the next billing date
• Cancellations received after the billing cycle has begun will not result in a refund for that period
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to all deliverables completed and paid for up to the cancellation date
• Any outstanding invoices remain due and payable regardless of cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@beeproductive.eu. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content across our websites — including text, graphics, templates, frameworks, methods, and training materials — is the intellectual property of BeeProductive or its licensors. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

You may not use our brand name, logo, or likeness in any form without explicit written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue results, or business growth from use of our services or products. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice unless explicitly agreed in a separate consulting contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeProductive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or products — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

For digital products and one-time purchases: our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

For ongoing consulting, retainer, or done-for-you services: our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to BeeProductive in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which the claim arises (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number, you may opt into receiving SMS communications from BeeProductive. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 877-796-5779. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@beeproductive.eu.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will receive messages triggered by your own actions — such as booking a call, submitting a form, or making a purchase. We do not send unsolicited broadcast messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

11. Affiliate & Referral Links

BeeProductive may earn compensation through affiliate relationships with third-party tools and services we recommend. This means that if you click a link on our website and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we genuinely use and believe in. Our opinions are our own and are not influenced by affiliate compensation.

Where affiliate links appear in our content, we will disclose this clearly at the point of use.

Our Own Affiliate Program

BeeProductive does not currently operate an active affiliate or referral program. When launched, the following terms will apply:

• Affiliates must apply and be approved before promoting our products
• Commission rates and payment schedules will be provided in individual Affiliate Agreements
• Referral tracking uses 30-day cookies from the initial click
• Commissions are paid monthly once minimum thresholds are met
• All affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure requirements — clearly stating their referral relationship at every point of promotion
• Prohibited: fake reviews, misleading claims, spam, brand bidding in paid search without written approval, and any promotion that violates platform terms of service

12. US Clients — Additional Provisions

BeeProductive works with clients across the United States. While these Terms are governed by Romanian law, the following additional provisions apply to US-based clients:

• SMS communications to US phone numbers are subject to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines — see Section 10 for full opt-in/opt-out terms
• California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — see our Privacy Policy for full details
• All pricing for US clients is in USD unless otherwise agreed in your service agreement
• Nothing in these Terms waives any rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law that cannot be contractually excluded

13. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website and services may include links to third-party tools, platforms, or websites (e.g., GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users located in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection law also applies. For US-based clients, applicable US federal and state law applies where it cannot be contractually excluded. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
